Harrowby Lodge was formally the main Lodge house overlooking the waterbeds in Far Headingley Leeds. The Lodge was purchased from Miller Homes who went on to create the Central Park Development on the waterbeds site itself - an exceptional residential scheme. The Lodge was purchased as a derelict property in a very poor state of repair. The proposal was to convert the existing two floors and Roof space and extend the property to effectively double in size to create five luxurious apartments. These highly specified and finished apartments were approximately 800 – 950sqft each and benefited from mature external grounds. Stonework and roof tile selection was carefully sourced to ensure the old and the new matched externally, together with a contrasting contemporary interior design.
